  • Everyone takes home about 20-25 lbs of beef. Each share will include: bone-in ribeye, NY strip steak, sirloin steak, 1 LB of chip steak, 1 LB of stew meat, and a minimum of 8lbs of ground beef.

    After that, everyone goes around and chooses their next cut until it’s all gone. These cuts inclue:

    • London broil, brisket, picanha, tri-tip, short ribs, Denver steak, flat iron steak, frank steak, flap steak, skirt steak, organs & bones

    Please note: these cuts are subject to change!

  • When available, yes! Sometimes we have tallow, sourdough, olive oil, cookies, bagels, etc.

  • You secure your spot with a $115 deposit, via the shop page. The remaining balance of $200 is due the day of the pickup, via cash, zelle or venmo.

    So the total is $315
